Since there was no one charged in the Fitzgerald/Plame investigation with leaking the name of a covert agent shouldn't the media stop referring to it as "the CIA leak investigation" ??? Ya think?

Chuck Schumer just can't seem to accept the fact that there was no CIA leak concerning Valerie Plame. If there was then Patrick Fitzgerald would have charged someone for it. Schumer also said that Fitzgerald should issue a report on his findings and any decisions to seek the indictment of others. "I have every confidence in this decision because it was made by an independent and fair minded prosecutor," the senator told reporters at the Capitol. Oh Chuck, Fitzgerald cannot issue a report.
