Flipping the bird, or is it the thumb.
You would think that Nick Coleman of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, a member of the mainstream media, you know the guys with the "multiple layers of checks and balances" would make use some of those layers before basing a story on a fake photograph of President Bush flipping the bird to the press back in September 2002. Simply unbelievable. Read more at Powerline.
The picture may nor may not be a fake. We've all seen the video of Bush giving the bird, so it would not be surprising to see him doing it again. What I find interesting is that this far-right web-site uses another far-right web-site to support it's contention that the picture is forged. Your argument would be much stronger if you used a legitimate source (don't be simple minded hiding behind the left-wing conspiracy of the media). There are many solid conservative, independent and progressive sources to document fraud in the media. If this is fraud and it was published by the Minn Star Tribune, they should be ashamed of themselves.
