President Barack Obamas Nobel Peace Prize is quickly turning from a singular honor into a gold-medal headache, as even supporters call it premature and critics say it proves hes a darling of the international elite.

Obama himself sought to put some distance between himself and the award, saying, "I do not view it as a recognition of my own accomplishments, but a recognition of the role of American leadership" in the world.

"To be honest, I do not feel that I deserve to be in the company of so many of the transformative figures" who won in the past, Obama said at the White House. "I will accept this award as a call to action, a call to all nations to confront the common challenges of the 21st Century."

Obama spokesperson confirms NY Post article

Well, it sure sounds like she did ; In the New York Post, conservative Iranian-born columnist Amir Taheri quoted Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari as saying the Democrat made the demand when he visited Baghdad in July, while publicly demanding an early withdrawal. “He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington,” Zebari said in an interview, according to Taheri. “However, as an Iraqi, I prefer to have a security agreement that regulates the activities of foreign troops, rather than keeping the matter open,” Zebari reportedly said. … Obama’s national security spokeswoman Wendy Morigi said Taheri’s article bore “as much resemblance to the truth as a McCain campaign commercial.” In fact, Obama had told the Iraqis that they should not rush through a “Strategic Framework Agreement” governing the future of US forces until after President George W. Ok...for starters its called wolf control . The killing of wolves either via the air or the more traditional ways saves moose and caribou which is the intent. And also Alaskans rely on deer, moose, caribou and other wildlife for food .
