A train-wreck waiting to happening...
The Rev. Daniel Webster is a man of God -- with more than a few worldly problems.
In the new and engaging NBC series ``The Book of Daniel,'' which makes its debut Friday with back-to-back episodes (9 p.m., Chs. 8, 11), the Episcopal priest has a thing for Vicodin. His brother-in-law is on the lam with $3.2 million in funds for a new parish school, and Webster has to turn to a Catholic priest (and the mob) for help.
On the family front, his teenage daughter sells pot, his 23-year-old gay son is still mourning the death of his twin brother, and an adopted son is a hound dog when it comes to girls. His sister-in-law is having an affair with her husband's secretary. His wife is feeling the pressures of raising three kids and has a taste for martinis.
