FISA court upholds Bush warrantless wiretapping

Oh boy...the left is sure to go nuts over this. The NY Times can barely believe it;
"In validating the government’s wide authority to collect foreign intelligence, it may offer legal credence to the Bush administration’s repeated assertions that the president has constitutional authority to act without specific court approval in ordering national security eavesdropping."


So now what happens to the whistler-blower? He exposed a valuable tool in the fight against terror and crippled the program. Now the court has concluded it is legal. Should the traitor whistler-blower be indicted?
