Gibbs on Jones: I know NUTHING!

He not only called Republicans assholes (the least of his troubles), he is a self-proclaimed communist, he accused white people of purposely poisoning people of color, he is a 9/11 Truther, he wants to give the wealth back to the Indians because, you know, we stole the country from them.
But I am so relieved that Dear Leader disagrees with him. Why did you hire him then? Don't you usually want people you agree with in your administration? Or do you make it a habit of surrounding yourself with people you disagree with? Oh wait, you specifically told us during a debate to look to the people you surround yourself with because they form your views. Oh I see....
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs would only say Friday that Jones, no stranger to controversial or offensive statements, is still a part of the administration. He declined to say if Jones still has the confidence of the president.
In a meeting with reporters in his West Wing office, Gibbs referred numerous questions about Jones to the CEQ and a statement Jones released Thursday saying he did not agree with the petition signed by so-called "truthers."
Gibbs did say the president disagrees with those statements as well.
