Apologize? For what? Speaking the truth?
This is the "lets get the media off of Durbin" move by th Dems. I hope Rove doesn't cave and apologize for speaking what is essentially the truth.
I hope Rove comes out to the podium where all the media is gathered, waiting breathlessly to report that Karl Rove has resigned and instead are treated to something like "I have come here today to announce that I have no intention of apologizing or resigning. In fact, the Democrats who have been obstructing the Presidents agenda and who also have been putting our service men in greater peril by making ridicules statements over the past several weeks and months should be the ones who need to apologize. Thank you for coming, no questions."
